Summit Land & Environmental Ltd. is a full service land company that brings specialized personnel together to exceed our client’s demands. Summit Land is continually expanding to meet our client’s needs; as such we are exceptionally diverse in all aspects of surface acquisitions. We provide conventional oil and gas land acquisitions but remain focused on oil sand exploration and development. We also provide clients the flexibility to utilize Summit Land for both freehold land acquisitions and crown land acquisitions.

Summit Land’s completed seasonal drilling programs have varied in size from 5 wells to over 500 wells per drilling program. Our office is located in Edmonton which allows us to maintain excellent communication with government regulators and also provides easy access to many of the main activity areas in northern and western Alberta.

The Summit Land team members provide our clients with a one window approach to surface acquisitions. We are able to provide all aspects of the government applications from Caribou Protection plans, OSE applications right through to third party agreements. Clients can conveniently monitor the progress of their projects through our on-line database.
